Born, raised, and educated in Uganda, Arthur embarked on his legal career as a trainee associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, one of the oldest and most prestigious international law firms in the world, headquartered in London and renowned as a member of the Magic Circle.
Arthur's academic achievements reflect his dedication and excellence in the field of law. Graduating with a First-Class Honours Law Degree, Arthur ranked in the top 1% of his cohort, distinguishing himself as the 4th highest performer out of 331 students. His academic prowess was further recognized through prestigious scholarships, including the Beacon Scholarship, Freshfields Stephen Lawrence scholarship, and Cardiff Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship, which enabled him to pursue his legal studies at Cardiff University.
